About Me

I am Teng Dongyi, a seasoned fitness coach and Pilates instructor with 12 years of professional experience. With a background in dance, I transitioned into the fitness industry driven by a passion for exercise science. My expertise lies in functional training, sports rehabilitation, prenatal and postnatal fitness, and pain management. Through continuous professional development and hands-on practice, I have accumulated extensive teaching experience, with over 10,000 hours of instruction, helping thousands of clients achieve their health goals.
