FAQs
For optimal performance and safety, we recommend wearing form-fitting workout attire (e.g., fitted tops and tights for women, and fitted tops with shorts over tights for men). This allows our instructors to better observe your form and provide precise guidance during your workout.
For safety and hygiene, grip socks are mandatory for all classes at our studio. They are available for purchase on-site if needed.
To ensure a focused and safe environment for everyone, please silence your phone and keep it out of reach during class. If you’re anticipating an urgent call or message, inform your instructor beforehand and step outside the studio to address it when needed.
Yes, we have changing and showering facilities available for your convenience. Feel free to use them before or after your class!
Contact us to design a personalized workout tailored to your needs, and we can arrange private sessions to ensure your instructor provides full attention, guidance, and physical support throughout your session. Group classes are not recommended during this time, as they involve full-body exercises—such as lying on your stomach or back for extended periods, jumping, or balance challenges—that may not be safe during pregnancy
Let us know about your condition, and we’ll help determine the best fit for you—whether it’s foundation-level group classes, signature classes, or private sessions tailored to your needs.
Log in to your account, go to MY CLASSES, and cancel the class you can no longer attend. Our 12-hour cancellation policy applies requires 12 hours’ notice to avoid penalties. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class or no-shows will result in a class credit being deducted from your account.
The waitlist remains active until 1 hour before class. If a spot opens and you’re at the top of the list, you’ll be automatically enrolled. Please note our 12-hour cancellation policy applies, so if you’re unsure about attending, remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance.
After the waitlist deactivates 1 hour before class, any available spots will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to set up your reformer/tower and ensure a prompt start. This helps minimize distractions and ensures a safe, smooth experience for everyone.
